My wife and I attended the Thai 101 cooking class this past fall. The event was held at Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery in Charleston. Talk about cooking in the lap of luxury. We had 14 people in our group. Everyone broke out into groups of two and each group cooked a different menu item. Luisa and April spent time with each group, helping, teaching and encouraging everyone. At the end of the night we all set down for a lovely meal, tasting each of the items that were created. All the food and cooking materials were supplied by Cucina Luisa. And the added plus, you get a folder of that night's recipes to take home.
What a great night! I would recommend these classes to anyone.
