Excellent service. I brought in my daughter's laptop which had basically stopped working all together. I brought it in on Friday evening and they fixed it over the weekend. I had tried everything to get this computer cleaned up and running. A brand new Norton-360 antivirus program, and the Norton out-of-country "customer service" actually made it worse. But Quickfix had the power and competence to remove all the viruses and made the computer run like new. And they preserved all my daughter's files. I have had it back for over a month now with no problems.
A back up error wiped out my hard drive. My brilliant hero @ Quickfix computers worked for 3 days rescuing irreplaceable data. I now know who Root and Finch can call to save the "machine!"
