If you need a quick hair cut this is not the place. Otherwise you'll just be standing in their small waiting area for about 20 mins while they stand around talking to each other until someone ask you "what do you need?" Then probably wait another 30 mins for someone to be notified that you're actually waiting to get a hair cut.(I left after waiting another 10 mins after the girl went upstairs to notify someone I needed a cut)
Clean surroundings. 5star for sure
