Horrible Customer appreciation and customer service. Randomly charged $300 5 months after cancelling my membership, the manager refuses to contact me directly or provide a full refund.
We come here every month and we love it. Nice staff and great service. A highly recommended for everyone!
I came here to relax and turn my brain off. Although my masseuse was very sweet and knew her stuff, she spoke to me majority of the time about all the things that I explained were stressing me out at the beginning of the massage. I did not want to be rude and advise to stop talking, but I was trying to be as polite as I could to sway the conversation away from my stresses. I don't think I should have to deal with that during a massage that I paid almost $100 for. I also was VERY sore the next two days to the point where I could not move my neck. I hydrated (as directed) and took an Epsom salts bath, and I was in a great deal of pain the next day. The massage itself did not hurt me, but I am not sure what happened to cause me so much pain the next day. It was still somewhat of a pleasant experience. I enjoyed my feet and arms being rubbed ... but again, some people just want some silence from their every day lives.... especially when they are scraping pennies just to get a massage. Not everyone can afford these luxuries on a regular basis and I feel like I wasted my money.
They also try to sell you on becoming a "member"? Which is also kind of weird after you're coming out of a "relaxing" atmosphere. It's a nice attempt to gain more business, but too much.
I've been here several times over the last year and I've never had a bad experience. My last therapist moved onwards and upwards, so before she left, she recommended Alex. Her recommendation was absolutely wonderful! Alex is definitely a top tier therapist, and I look forward to my next session.
Probably wont go back.
