The Tennis Indoor Center is a needed facility for indoor tennis in Charleston, WV, even with two other indoor tennis facilities (Charleston Family YMCA and Charleston Tennis Club) in the Valley. The Tennis Indoor Center is showing its age on the outside and inside, though the courts have been resurfaced in the last couple of years. If you want an aesthetically pleasing experience, then consider other facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a fair amount of permanent court time and lessons that take up the courts, but call and see what is available. Take your own water/drink. They do sell water and tennis balls at the welcome desk.
Got to play night tennis while on a work contract in Charleston WV ... they put my number on a board where members could see it to use me as a sub....thank you!
