Very well run apartment complex, for seniors / handicapped individuals.
Needs updates,old&wore out
These buildings are old, but it definitely seems like they've been taken pretty well care of over the years. Maintenance is usually pretty quick to address any issues brought to their attention. The rent is reasonable for the area and everything but electric and cable is included. The laundromat area is in serious need of being brought up into the current century, but that's really my only complaint about being here.
