I am very disappointed with my purchase. I ordered flowers for my Grandmother's Birthday first I was charged $12.00 extra for delivery (now let me make sure to let you know this purchase was made on the actual website not a third-party) I picked out the bouquet of flowers, put in all information on where to be delivered so forth... Received a email of conformation, later my mother stopped in to send a bouquet to my grandma as well it was then they told her "we don't deliver" so my mother said she'd just pick mine up too, now here is where is gets very unprofessional, nobody contacted me to tell me about the delivery situation, they took her word for it that she was who she said she was, they told her "well we will just add balloons to make up for the extra cost she paid for delivery", didn't ask me they asked my mother, I even sent a email making sure everything went through and was okay, I received nothing, no email returned nor phone call... I ordered a Beautiful Bouquet and was given something completely different not even somewhat close to the order I made on THEIR OWN WEBSITE... I should have just sent money and said "Send whatever you want" because that is exactly what they did... So if my mother wouldn't have stopped I would have just gave them a good bit of money for nothing, my grandma wouldn't have received flowers or anything... I'm very upset and I will never place any order again, I will also be sure to share my experience with other family and friends... As for the balloons well it was one balloon, yes one balloon was $12.00... I would've never picked out the bouquet they made if they would have contacted me I would've just choose another bouquet if what I ordered wasn't available, people choose what they wish to be sent not what other's feel will work or be okay...

I had a wonderful, unexpected experience with this flower shop. I received a bouquet of flowers, shaped like a kitten. Who knew such a thing was possible? The girl that delivered my flowers was professional, and you could tell she enjoyed her work. I would highly recommend this business.
