I just called to find out about transferring a prescription!! Was on hold forever and when the someone finally came to the phone RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!
I have used this pharmacy for along time and have never had any problems. Pharmacy technicians and pharmacists are really nice and will even contact your Dr. to you refills. Auto refill with text and email messages keeps you in check to come get your scripts.
I've never been to a pharmacy that is as bad as this one. They're completely unfriendly, every time is an hour wait, and they provide the worst customer service that I've ever seen from a pharmacy. Don't ask them to do anything above and beyond, because they'll just give you an attitude. Stay away from this pharmacy. Go to the one on Fledderjohn Rd or the one on Delaware Ave!
This pharmacy is always super busy, but they do a great job. I've never had an issue with the staff and they've helped me out by calling doctor offices or rushing a fill for me before. I find the staff really friendly and helpful and timely.
