A third option for theatrical movie viewing, in the Kanawha Valley area (besides Park Place Cinemas and Marquee Cinemas and downtown Charleston's Underground Cinema). Some people are surprised when they see this multi-plex, not knowing it was there, even though it's been around over a decade now. It WAS part of the now defunct Great Escape theater chain but that was bought out by the Regal Cinemas chain about a decade ago. (The theater still has the "Great Escape" name on the front.) My favorite feature is the late night showings (after 10: p.m.).
Staff was courteous and helpful. Theatre smelled a little funny but wasn't too distracting. Overall good experience.
Close to home, easily accessible and clean property. Lots of movie selections, comfortable seats. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only shortcoming is the concession items are very overpriced.

This where I go to if I am using a Fandango gift card to pay for tickets (I prefer Park Place because they have free refills on Popcorn and drinks). Very decent. Better than Marquee.
