The greeter couldn't smile or greet us nicely. Our server was fantastic!! The soups were delicious. The Ravioli de Portabello was good. The Shrimp Scampi was a major disappointment.... Not enough scampi sauce or scampi flavor and the asparagus was gross. This used to be my favorite dish. I will never have it here again.

I always enjoy the food a Olive Garden but was surprised at my last visit when a charge showed on my bill for game playing. I would not mind paying for the games if I would have known in advance there was a charge. But seeing it on the bill when I received it was a surprise. Am I charged for paying with my debit card also?
Recently started working at the OG in Barboursville. We have high expectations there and everyone is super nice and helpful. I assumed the service here would be similar but I was very disappointed today.
Outstanding service, outstanding appetizer, outstanding meals and outstanding deserts. Great time! Best experience we have had in Charleston in a long time. Waitress was awesome.
