My husband and I had multiple insurance policies with this agent and she cancelled one of our policies on a home with no notice. We were never late and always over insured. We didn't find out it was cancelled until our bank called to inform us trying to charge us for forced insurance. We still don't have an explanation. Kimberly caused us a lot of stress and financial worries. We cancelled all of our 5 policies with Allstate.

Instead of reaching out to me to inquire, Kimberly dropped the coverage on the home. The only way I found out was through my lender who received notification of the lapse in coverage. I then was left scrambling for insurance at the last minute. All that needed to be done was a simple call. I was able to find insurance and ended up saving a lot of money too, so I am glad I switched. It was just very stressful at the time. I'd go elsewhere in a heartbeat.
