Very poor job refinishing our floors. The work was not completed in a timely fashion and it was very difficult to get phone calls answered and returned by the owner.
Great hard working guys. Very realiable and do great work. Very professional hardwood experts!
They are completely unreliable and don't finish their work. The work they do is marginal at best. We asked them to stain trim and stair treads to match the floor and they used poly with no stain so they aren't even close. On top of that we were told it was a two day job, however it lasted for 3 weeks before they just stopped without completing it. They were paid for most of the job part of the way through. Now they haven't completed the job and won't return phone calls. Do not use this floor service.
Decided to give these guys a try based on a recommendation by a neighbor. They were eager to begin and get partial payment "to order materials" NEVER use these people they tear stuff apart, make a mess, leave cigarette butts all over your yard, and then leave and don't come back. I have had to act like a complete jerk to get what little bit of what remains finished after 7 weeks of working with them. My next call will be to the BBB and possibly to file some paper work to get my refund so I can get someone else to finish their mess.
Took over a month to do. They sanded out floors and then called in always promising it would be done tomorrow and find out they began working on another job! They were asked to fill in cracks and never did so. They never swept the floors and new there is dog hair in the hard wood floor stain. I cannot reccomend because now we have to get it redone correctly.
