I've got my hair cut at every place in the Town Center and wasn't satisfied. I went and saw Karen and she fixed what another salon messed up. I haven't had a bad haircut in from her in 2 years!
They do a great job and the prices aren't that bad either!
I've had my hair cut here twice; the first time the girl who cut my hair made my hair look nice even though it wasn't what I asked for for the most part. The second time was yesterday by Terri, she did an AWFUL job. I showed her the picture of how I wanted my hair, and I knew it wouldn't be exactly the same but I figured it would be close, Nope! Nothing even similar to what I wanted. She cut it way too short even though I told her I wanted it a little past my shoulders and it looks like she had a blindfold on when she did my bangs. They're so short! Not at all like the picture, they aren't even tapered like I asked. Not only that, but she seemed like she was high! WILL NOT EVER LET HER TOUCH MY HAIR AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER!!! People like her are the reason I prefer to cut my own hair. At least I'm pretty sure I would have done a much better job.
I made an appointment in advanced to have my hair cut, i arrived for my appointment 10 mins before i was due to be there and i ended up waiting for over an hour to get my hair cut. While waiting the girls that work there were complaining and talking to each other rudely about customers they've had, i ended up getting up and leaving. I will never go there again, i do not recommend this place at all.
I was traveling through and, needing a haircut after a long vacation, looked them up on-line. After getting home, my wife commented that it was the best haircut she had seen on me in years. Mary, the stylist on duty, was excellent - professional and friendly. I'll be sure to stop by here the next time I'm in Charleston.
