My first class at LifeSpring was beginners hot yoga. I have taken yoga classes before but never hot yoga. I absolutely loved it! The teacher was wonderful and had a good sense of humor. She made all feel comfortable and the hour flew by!

I just moved to the area this January and have been going to Lifespring for a few months now. I love it and the infrared technology they use to heat their classes is amazing. You walk out feeling so much better!
I love Lifespring yoga! They offer a nice variety of classes, and all of the instructors are great. I especially love hot yoga flow classes and hot 26.
