They seemed very friendly on the phone and came immediately when our basement flooded. I simply wanted them to vacuum up the water in our rental home. They tried to up-sell me to do more hoping that I had insurance. I told them no at least twice. When they arrived I was in bed sick and they tried to push my wife on the up-sell. I got out of bed went down and told them, yet again, that all I wanted was for them to vacuum up the water. They vacuumed up the water pulled up the carpet (but did not remove it) and left some high powered fans to speed the drying process. Monday they were to come a pick up their equipment, instead they came Tuesday. For a 1 hour clean up of water and the use of their equipment, not putting the basement back together, they charged my almost $1000.00. I attempted ot contact them via email about this ridiculous amount but they have never got back to me. IF THIS IS THE ONLY OPTION YOU HAVE YOU MUST GET A QUOTE BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING.
