Easy access. Had trouble finding the item I wanted. One person tried to help. Second person did too. Finally department person came and showed me what I wanted. Too expensive! WiFi connected but no Internet Access. Had to go outside to get signal over phone to research. Did not go back inside.
Cashier Patti was awesome, very helpful, excellent personality and efficient.
Store was in disarray. Clothing for fall was not out. More interested in clearance sales. Not a fan of this Kohls location.
I love this store because of the customer service. The lady in jewelry, Lana, is helpful in any department, she knows which way to direct in other departments to find everything I need. She also knows her jewelry. I had quit wearing jewelry until Lana showed me exactly what all looked great on me. Customer service is everything and I didn't shop much at Kohl's until lately. Thank you Lana and Kohl's.
I understand better than most about retail and how people want to leave and go home i have been a store manager for 26 years but tonight i shopping and I knew I had about 18 minutes left when about a 1/3 of the lights went which put you where you couldn't see or even be comfortable shopping ,so I bought the few items I had and left.
