Top notch. The facility is clean, convenient and inviting. The staff and Dr. Wilkerson are wonderful with children, take their time in explaining everything, and actually make a visit to the dentist fun! That is quite a feat. My daughter likes playing on the train in the waiting room and picking out the flavor of toothpaste for her teeth cleaning, and I like the free parking and high quality service.

I could not believe the AMAZING care I received for my child at Children's Dentistry. From the phone call I made to schedule the first appointment, to the moment we walked through the door for the first time, the free coffee I received while watching my child play on the train in the reception area, to the kind hygienist who gave myself and my child a tour of the office and handled her with care and love while cleaning her teeth, to getting to meet Dr. Wilkerson who always has a smile on her face while educated myself and my daughter and making both of us smile, to the sweet girl who took my payment- I could not believe the genuine and compassionate care and experience both myself and my 3 year old daughter had. It doesn't get any better than Dr. Wilkerson.
Everything to do with the staff was fine, apart from extremely rude people in the billing area of this practice. Don't go here unless you're ready to pay for everything right then and there, because they refuse to wait until you've heard back from your private insurance about their portion of coverage and possible adjustments for overcharges. This practice had done this to me twice. The first time it was a difference of $300 from the dentist vs $35 when my insurance adjusted. The second, and the reason for my single star, was because they had had my card on file from the first visit and ran it WITHOUT MY PERMISSION for $280. I had spoken with people at the office about wanting to hear from my insurance company before I settled my bill, but they ran my card regaurdless. It goes without saying that I am EXTREMLY upset about this, and yeah, the dentist is great, sunshine and rainbows, but behind that "veneer" this practice is managed by some dirty, shady people.
1st dentist I've taken my child to @ age 2 yrs old & now she is 12 yrs old... The staff & everyone is so friendly!! Recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good friendly dentist to take there kid's too!!!!
