Staff is helpful but 8 out of 9 toys were different price than tag on shelf. Consistently wrong price so watch your receipt.
I will never order anything from Toys R Us online again. 2 hours of been on hold and no one answered. Money was taken out of my account but product was never shipped. Trying to contact someone in consumer service shouldn’t be this hard.
Was passing by Charleston on 10/21/17 and decided to stop at Toys R Us to buy a PS4 game, when I was looking for the game an associate came to me right away and helped me find it, unfortunately the game wasn't in stock, he offered to order it for me and ship it to my address, I accepted, only took 5min to do, the associate was very nice and stayed with me from beginning to end, him and all the employees that day were very friendly and helpful, was surprised at the high level of customer service I received and left a very happy customer, I received my game in the mail via FedEx Ground 3 days later, will definitely shop here anytime I pass by Charleston.
