Excellent service and facility. In and out with no fuss, cars close by and under cover. This is a 5 star location, just needs to have the Emerald Club Aisle then its perfect!
This location had a very professional and courteous staff. Our car broke down on a trip from NC and we were on our way within 15 minutes after we arrived at National Car Rental - nice work!
Renting the car was a breeze. The staff member was polite, friendly and helpful. Returning the car was just as easy.
Really odd experience. Passenger seat looked like someone purposefully sat in a pile of dirt and jumped in the car. Surprised that a car with such low miles would not have been cleaned fully. Day after renting the car the manager at the rental site called me as they couldn't figure out what car I rented. They handed me the keys, but don't know what I rented? Other than this everything was good. Friendly staff.
These guys do the best job in the market. As an Executive Elite Member I can choose any car in the executive section a van, SUV, or sports car. The cars are always clean inside and out. The staff at CRW are great people and always friendly. Thank you and Happy Holidays
