Most employees suck, Noah in particular worked dodgeball and ruined my whole experience. I'm currently crying. Barley played but when I did his calls were awful, but on the other hand Ryan was very helpful and made me feel better. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT!!
While it was Clean & New , way over Crowded!!! Letting way to many groups in at once to jump. Having to stand in lines for more then 10 minutes and paying $40 for an hour to stand in lines at all is mind blowing ! Have been to other Jump Zones & this one I will not reture to ,had well over 75 or more kids trying to jump and play at the same time . It was like a zoo .
This place is clean but it's brand new. They are so under staffed they have to shut down attractions throughtout the day. We pay a lot of money and not to have allattractions open is poor management. Workers and the manger are not very nice. This is one of the smallest skyzones I have visited. Do not recommend.
Place is Very Clean! I had my sons birthday party there, and the Managers acted as if we weren't there, and wasn't enough so I asked my son, how was having his 9th Birthday party at Skyzone? He replied to me saying, that the people were nice and energetic, but he said that one of the managers acted as if he wasn't even there for a party, I'm leaving this review because something needs to change, we speed good money, to be treated with disrespect from the higher chain of command.
Paul is cool. He was very kind and a funny/cool dude. Also while i was doing the warped wall, Ryan was supporting me and was being very encouraging. There was one thing that made me upset and it was that they can’t sell single slices of pizza even though it’s on the menu. :( but it’s ok. it was still a great experience. i recommend it for everyone all age groups
